F|A|P supports data management and improvement at the Uniform Business Office (UBO) by managing and expediting collections from patients and third-party insurers, supports consistent and uniform reporting of expense, manpower and workload data, and enhancing third-party reimbursements.

Examples include the annual development of MHS rates and charges, Cosmetic Surgery Estimation tools, Coast Guard Prospective Payment System, and various ad-hoc analytics to support UBO operations.
