Mr. Jeff Brabant

Managing Director

Jeff Brabant provides over 20 years of management experience including projects for government and non-government healthcare providers with focuses on enhancing performance and maximizing resources within revenue cycle management, payer relations, business and data analytics, project management, strategic planning, process standardization, internal controls, quality assurance, and continuous process improvement.

As a Director of Federal Advisory Partners, Mr. Brabant is dedicated to client delivery, business development and operations. He leads business analytics and strategic support contracts for Veterans Affairs and Military Health clients. He currently manages a portfolio federal and commercial contracts, supported by a diverse team of project managers, subject matter experts and staff.

Previously, Mr. Brabant served as a Managing Consultant for the Altarum Institute from 2008 – 2017. During his tenure, he managed a myriad of project with recent focus on Payer Relations Office (PRO) support contract charged with the evaluation of commercial payer contracts and paid claims data to determine compliance with federal regulations. Previous consulting engagements includes leading and managing the development and implementation of healthcare revenue department guidebooks and modeling standard operating procedures. Led the implementation of process improvement projects, conducted revenue feasibility studies, and facilitated business process transformation utilizing lean six sigma methodologies in support of a national quality assurance management plan.

Mr. Brabant is a Certified Health Care Professional (CHFP) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). He received his Bachelors in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
