Mr. Charles "Chuck" Cosgrove

With a career spanning over 30 years in senior finance roles in private and public companies ranging from early-stage start-ups to multibillion-dollar enterprises serving the federal government sector, Chuck Cosgrove brings a wealth of experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Cosgrove’s expertise spans technical accounting, financial reporting, and revenue recognitions, among many others. Having worked with several of the largest private equity investors in the US, Mr. Cosgrove has demonstrated experience in strategic planning and direction, business resiliency planning, corporate financing and capital management, as well as acquisitions, mergers, and business integrations. Highly skilled in identifying opportunities for improved financial infrastructures, Mr. Cosgrove’s passion for process improvement, strong analytical skills, business savvy, and proven record of accelerating revenue make him a valued partner in critical business decisions.

As FAP’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Cosgrove is responsible for the financial management functions including accounting and control, financial planning and analysis, line of business finance functions, and asset-liability management for F|A|P and its subsidiary companies Favor TechConsulting, LLC (FTC) and Universal Consulting Services (UCS), which together comprise a new mid-market government services platform backed by private equity group Sagewind Capital.

Prior to joining F|A|P in 2022, Mr. Cosgrove served in number of senior finance positions for several government services companies headquartered in the DMV area, including IAP Worldwide Services, STG Group Inc., CRGT (currently Salient CRGT), and STG Inc.

Mr. Cosgrove is a graduate of Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business and a Certified Public Accountant.
